How long will my refund take?Updated a year ago

If you have paid by credit/debit card, once we have processed your refund this can take between 5 and 7 working days to appear back in your account.

Whilst we would love to speed this process up, this is entirely dependant on your card issuer.

If you have paid via PayPal, once we process your refund, funds should be available within a few hours.
